TalkMate is an AI-powered conversation companion that helps users think through ideas, problems, and decisions. The service includes:

• Text and voice-based conversations with AI
• Multiple language support
• Conversation export features
• Optional conversation history storage

3. User Accounts

You may use TalkMate without an account (with limited free messages). For additional features, you may create an account using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Payments and Credits

• Credits are non-refundable once purchased
• Credits do not expire
• Prices may change with notice
• The history add-on is a monthly subscription that can be canceled anytime
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TalkMate to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Attempt to manipulate or deceive the AI for malicious purposes
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Reverse engineer or exploit the service

6. AI Limitations

TalkMate uses AI technology that has limitations:

• AI responses may not always be accurate
• TalkMate is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.)
• TalkMate is not a mental health service or crisis line
• You should verify important information independently

7. Intellectual Property

The TalkMate service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Digiwares. Your conversation content belongs to you, and you grant us a limited license to process it for providing the service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TalkMate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digiwares shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of TalkMate.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to TalkMate at our discretion, particularly for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TalkMate after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles.
